Chad Boas’ Monon

The layout represents the Monon R.R. around 1958. The end points are represented by the Chicago/South Hammond north staging and the Louisville south staging. Even numbered trains are north bound and odd numbered are south bound. Even numbered are superior. There are 3 North Bound and 3 South Bound freights. There are 8 locals that operate by only picking up trailing pickups.

Sort north and south bound cars
Service engines
Switch shops supply cars
Run the local cars at Lafayette Juction
Build locals

McDoel Yard job:

Sort north and south bound cars
